1. สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วันโดยนับจากวันที่ซื้อที่ระบุบนใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษี

2. สินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนต้องไม่ผ่านการใช้งานและมีบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบถ้วนหากสินค้าที่ส่งคืนอยู่ในสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ตามเงื่อนไขทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

3. การขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าจะต้องนำใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษีตัวจริงพร้อมด้วยสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์เสริมรวมไปถึงของสมนาคุณและของแถม (ถ้ามี)และแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ที่ PRYNWAN PETS STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์หรือสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าเบื้องต้นได้ที่ PRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN)

4. สินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนจะต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ซื้อจากPRYNWAN PETS STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์เท่านั้นในกรณีที่ซื้อสินค้าจาก PRYNWAN ONLINE STOREลูกค้าจะต้องทำการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่(Customer Service) ผ่านช่องทางPRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN) และดำเนินการตามนโยบายการเปลี่ยนสินค้าของPRYNWAN ONLINE STORE ดังที่กำหนดไว้ในเว็บไซต์

5. ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้าลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าในราคาที่เท่ากันหรือหากเป็นสินค้าราคาที่สูงกว่าลูกค้าจะต้องชำระส่วนต่างที่เกิดขึ้น (ในกรณีที่เป็นสินค้าที่มีราคาต่ำกว่าทางบริษัทฯจะไม่คืนเงินส่วนต่าง)

6. หากมีการจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งทั้งหมด

7. สินค้าที่ร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายรวมถึงออกบูธกิจกรรมจะไม่สามารถทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่ PRYNWAN PETS STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์ได้

For purchases made through the PRYNWAN Online Store, customersmust contact customer service via the PRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN) and follow the exchange policy specified for the PRYNWAN Online Store as outlined on the website.

5. When exchanging a product, customers can exchange for an item of equal value, or if
the new product is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference (no refund of price differences will be provided for lower-priced items).

6. If the customer wishes to exchange for a new product, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

7. Products that are part of promotional campaigns, including event booth items, cannot be exchanged at the PRYNWAN PET STORE ,The Circle Ratchapruk branch

8. Forhygiene reasons, the company reserves the right to refuse exchanges on shampooand spray products, pet wet wipes, pet treats, pet food, and any customised / personaliseditems.
