1. “สัตว์เลี้ยง” หมายถึงสุนัขและแมวเท่านั้นซึ่งไม่รวมถึงสัตว์ประเภทอื่นๆ

2. “ร้าน” หมายถึง PRYNWAN PETS STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์

3. หากท่านต้องการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาใช้บริการภายในร้านสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านจะต้องทำการฉีดวัคซีนตามมาตรฐานของสัตวแพทย์และไม่อยู่ในช่วงฤดูติดสัดหรือมีผื่นหรือผิวหนังอักเสบหรือเป็นโรคติดต่อและโรคผิวหนัง หากสัตว์เลี้ยงอยู่ในช่วงประจำเดือนจะต้องสวมผ้าอ้อมขณะเข้าใช้บริการ

4. เจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงจะต้องดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงของตนให้อยู่ในสายจูงตลอดเวลา หรืออยู่ในตะกร้าหรือเปลหรือรถเข็นสัตว์เลี้ยงโดยเจ้าของจะต้องดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงให้อยู่ใกล้ตนตลอดเวลาและไม่ให้สัตว์เลี้ยงรบกวนรุกรานลูกค้าหรือสัตว์เลี้ยงของลูกค้าท่านอื่นๆ

5. กรุณาไม่ให้อาหารหรือปฏิสัมพันธ์กับสัตว์เลี้ยงตัวอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากเจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยง

6. หากเกิดกรณีสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านสร้างความเสียหายต่อบุคคลทรัพย์สินหรือสัตว์เลี้ยงของลูกค้าท่านอื่นภายในบริเวณร้านเจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น

7. หากสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านส่งเสียงดังและมีแนวโน้มที่จะคุกคามหรือทำร้ายลูกค้าและสัตว์เลี้ยง ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์การให้บริการและเชิญออกจากร้านเพื่อให้สัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านสงบลง และสำหรับสุนัขที่มีนิสัยก้าวร้าวแนะนำให้สวมที่ครอบปากตลอดเวลา

8.เจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงจะต้องดูแลความสะอาดของสัตว์เลี้ยงอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อสุขอนามัยที่ดีกรุณานำความสะอาดทันทีหากสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านขับถ่ายเก็บให้มิดชิดและทิ้งในจุดทิ้งขยะที่ทางร้านได้เตรียมไว้ให้

9. ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบหากสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านมีอาการป่วยหรือแสดงอาการแพ้ในลูชนทั้งจากการได้รับอาหารและขนมภายในร้านหรือเมื่อใช้บริการและสัมผัสกับอุปกรณ์ของทางร้านภายในร้าน

1. The term “pets” refers exclusively to dogs and cats. No other types of animals are permitted within the premises.

2. The term “store” refers to PRYNWAN PETS STORE ,The Circle Ratchapruk branch .

3. Pets entering the store must have received all required vaccinations in accordance
with veterinary standards. Pets must not be in heat, ill, or suffering from contagious diseases or skin conditions. For pets in a menstrual cycle, a diaper must be worn while on the premises.

4. All pets must be kept on a leash or contained in a secure carrier or stroller at
all times while inside the store. Pet owners are required to supervise their pets continuously and ensure that they do not disturb, intimidate, or cause harm to other customers or their pets.

5. Handling, feeding, or interacting with another customer’s pet is strictly prohibited
without the express permission of the pet’s owner.

6. Pet owners are fully liable for any damage caused by their pets to persons, property, or other animals within the store. All costs related to such damages will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

7. In the event that a pet exhibits excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or poses a threat to the safety or well-being of others, the store reserves the right to refuse continued service and may request the removal of the pet from the premises until the behavior is controlled. The use of muzzles is strongly
recommended for pets with a history of aggression.

8. Pet owners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of their pets while in the store. In the event that a pet defecates or urinates on the premises, it is the owner's responsibility to clean up immediately and dispose of the waste in designated waste receptacles.

9. The store will not be held responsible for any illness, allergic reactions, or adverse conditions your pet may experience as a result of exposure to food, water, treats, or contact with store materials, facilities, or equipment
