1. สามารถขอคืนสินค้าและคืนเงินได้ภายใน 7 วัน โดยนับจากวันที่ซื้อ ที่ระบุบนใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษี

2. ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนสินค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น

• สินค้ามีตำหนิ ใช้การไม่ได้ หรือเสียหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง
• ได้รับสินค้าผิดไปจากคำสั่งซื้อ เช่น รุ่น สี ขนาด รวมถึงประเภทสินค้า

3. สินค้าต้องยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งานอย่างหนักจนเสื่อมสภาพ ไม่ผ่านการทำความสะอาด และยังมีบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ครบถ้วน รวมถึงอุปกรณ์เสริม ของสมนาคุณ และของแถม การขอคืนสินค้าจะต้องนำใบเสร็จรับเงิน หรือใบกำกับภาษีตัวจริง พร้อมด้วยสินค้าที่ต้องการคืน รวมถึงอุปกรณ์เสริม ของสมนาคุณ และของแถม (ถ้ามี) โดยแจ้งขอคืนสินค้าได้ที่ PRYNWAN PET STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์ หรือสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ขอคืนสินค้าเบื้องต้นได้ที่ PRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN)
4. สินค้าที่ต้องการคืนจะต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ซื้อจาก PRYNWAN PET STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์ เท่านั้น ในกรณีที่ซื้อสินค้าจาก PRYNWAN ONLINE STORE ลูกค้าจะต้องทำการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ (Customer Service) ผ่านช่องทาง PRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN) และดำเนินการตามนโยบายการคืนสินค้าของ PRYNWAN ONLINE STORE ดังที่กำหนดไว้ในเว็บไซต์

5. หลังจากทางร้านได้รับสินค้าและทำการพิจารณาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืนในรูปแบบการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีภายใน 14 วัน (ชื่อบัญชีรับคืนเงินจะต้องตรงกับชื่อผู้สั่งซื้อสินค้า) ระยะเวลานับตั้งแต่วันที่บริษัทได้รับสินค้าอันถือว่าเป็นการแสดงเจตนาคืนสินค้า และทำการตรวจสอบเพื่ออนุมัติการคืนสินค้า

6. หากมีการจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อขอคืนสินค้า ลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งทั้งหมด

7. สินค้าที่ร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขาย รวมถึงออกบูธกิจกรรม จะไม่สามารถทำการคืนสินค้าที่ PRYNWAN PET STORE สาขา The Circle ราชพฤกษ์ ได้

8. เพื่อสุขอนามัยที่ดีขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับคืนสินค้ากลุ่มแชมพูและสเปรย์,ผ้าเปียกสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง,ขนมสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง อาหารสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง และสินค้าประเภท customised / personalised ทั้งหมด

1. Products can be returned and refunded within 7 days from the purchase date as  indicated on the receipt or tax invoice.
2. Customers may request a return only under the following circumstances:

• The product is defective, unusable, or damaged during shipping.

• The wrong product was received, such as incorrect model, color, size, or type of product.

3. The product must not have been heavily used to the point of wear, must not have been cleaned, and must still have its complete packaging, including accessories, complimentary items, and gifts.

4. To request a return, the original receipt or tax invoice, along with the product to be returned, accessories, complimentary items, and gifts (if any), must be provided. Return requests can be made at the PRYNWAN PET STORE ,The Circle Ratchapruk branch or initiated via PRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN)

5. The product to be returned must have been purchased from the PRYNWAN PET STORE ,The Circle Ratchapruk branch only. For purchases made through the PRYNWAN Online Store, customers must contact customer service via the PRYNWAN Line Official Account (@PRYNWAN) and follow the return policy specified for the PRYNWAN Online Store as outlined on the website.

6. Once the store has received the product and completed the evaluation, the customer will receive a refund via bank transfer within 14 days. The account receiving the refund must have the same name as the original purchaser. The return processing period begins once the company has received the item, conducted an inspection, and approved the return.

7. If customer wishes to return and refund, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

8. Products purchased during promotions or at event booths cannot be returned at the PRYNWAN PET STORE ,The Circle Ratchapruk branch

9. For hygiene reasons, the company reserves the right to refuse returns on shampoo and spray products, pet wet wipes, pet treats, pet food, and any customised/personalised items.
